Re-engagement in Knowledge
  • both Zettelkasten and Spaced Repetition force users to review, rewrite and re-engage with the material

You can imagine creating cards about new habits ("Think of a new concrete situation in which I’ll have trouble leaving space for others to speak.") or values ("What's an unusual recent situation in which you thought on the century scale?").

  • this seems like a very interesting idea, I sometimes kept short one-sentence "meditations" on the top of my work file, but being reminded about few of them at different times might be beneficial to let them "sink in"
  • related to Thinking with Zettelkasten
  • might be related to Great Thoughts - being prompted to "think" them?
